Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website (the "Site") operated by Design Renovation, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Design Renovation, Inc. is a Florida-licensed design-build remodeling firm serving Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, Daytona, and surrounding South Florida communities. The Site is an informational and lead-intake tool — it does not constitute an offer to perform services in any specific jurisdiction.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes related to evaluating our services. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form;
  • Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content;
  • Attempt to access any non-public area of the Site or bypass security measures;
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Site without written permission;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any price ranges, budget calculators, or "investment estimates" shown on the Site — including outputs from the interactive estimator — are illustrative only. They are based on general market rates for comparable projects in South Florida and are not a quote, contract, or binding offer. Actual project pricing depends on site conditions, design selections, material availability, permitting, and other factors determined only after an in-person consultation. A binding price is established exclusively through a written, signed contract between you and Design Renovation, Inc..

4. Inquiries and Consultations

When you submit the contact form or estimate request, you invite us to contact you about your project. This does not create a contractor-client relationship, does not guarantee that we will accept the project, and does not obligate either party. A project begins only upon execution of a formal written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs of completed projects, logos, the "Design Renovation" name and mark, layout, and design — is owned by Design Renovation, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — including reproduction, republication, or use in marketing materials — requires our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites (for example, review platforms or vendor pages) and may display third-party images under license. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of linked sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Reviews and Testimonials

Any testimonials displayed on the Site reflect the experiences of specific clients on specific projects. Individual results, timelines, and satisfaction vary. Testimonials are not a promise of equivalent outcomes for any future project.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Design Renovation, Inc., its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited (such as gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Design Renovation, Inc. and its personnel from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Flagler County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a continuing waiver.
