Kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodels across Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, and Daytona — hurricane-rated construction and uncompromising design, delivered on time.
A real Florida home — from first walk-through to move-in day. No voiceover slick, just the work.
From a single-room refresh to a complete architectural reimagining — every project is guided by the same obsession with material, light, and lived experience.
A recent whole-home renovation in Palm Coast, FL — The Royal Palms House. Light-filled rooms, modern finishes, and a screened pool, designed for coastal living and built to last.
Every remodel follows the same deliberate four-phase process, whether it is one bathroom or the whole house. Transparent, collaborative, and on schedule.
A working range based on square footage, project type, and finish level. Every home is unique — this gives you a grounded starting point before we talk.
Not slogans — the specific terms that go into every contract we sign. More on the about page.
A line-item scope of work before contract, with allowances only where a selection genuinely has not been made yet. Vague scopes are how surprises get manufactured.
Nothing gets built until the cost of the change is written down and signed. Open a wall, find rot — you see the photo and the number before we proceed.
We pull the permit under our license, meet the inspector, and close it out. An open permit on your property can hold up a future sale.
One name, one phone number, weekly updates, and a job site that gets swept. You are never the person coordinating between two subcontractors.
Hurricane-rated assemblies, corrosion-resistant hardware near salt air, and ventilation sized for Florida humidity. The parts nobody photographs decide how the work ages.
On top of manufacturer warranties for materials and appliances, written into the contract rather than promised on a handshake.
The questions that come up on nearly every first call. More of them — and service-specific ones — live on our FAQ page.
Palm Coast and Flagler County are home base. We also work regularly in St. Augustine and St. Johns County, and in Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach in Volusia County. If you are outside that range, call and ask — the answer depends on the project size.
Yes. We are licensed and insured in the State of Florida, we pull permits under our own license, and we carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage. We will send current certificates on request before you sign anything.
Yes, and it is a real conversation, not a sales visit. We walk the space, talk through scope and budget honestly, and tell you if what you want does not fit what you want to spend. Design work begins after that, under a separate agreement.
Fixed-price contract from a detailed line-item scope, with allowances only where a selection genuinely has not been made yet. Changes go through a written change order priced before any work happens.
Every time. We pull the permit, schedule the inspections, meet the inspector on site, and close the permit out at the end. An open permit on your property can hold up a future sale, so this matters more than it sounds.
