Kitchen remodeling in Palm Coast
A kitchen in coastal Florida works harder than most. Salt air finds hinge screws, humidity swells cheap door frames, and an open plan means the room is on display from the moment anyone walks in. We rebuild kitchens to survive that and still look like the reason you bought the house.

What the job actually covers
Every line below is part of a standard kitchen remodeling contract with us — not an upsell discovered halfway through.
Layout & workflow
We start from how you actually cook — not from the existing plumbing. Moving a sink or relocating a range wall is routine when the payoff is a kitchen that works.
Custom cabinetry
Plywood boxes, soft-close hardware, and finishes rated for humidity. Full-height pantry walls and drawer banks instead of deep, unreachable base shelves.
Stone & surfaces
Quartz, quartzite, and granite templated by laser after cabinets are set, so seams land where you will not notice them.
Lighting & electrical
Layered lighting on separate circuits, code-compliant GFCI placement, and enough outlets that nothing lives on an extension cord.
Permits & inspections
We pull the permit, schedule inspections, and meet the inspector. Flagler and St. Johns County paperwork is our problem, not yours.
Appliance integration
Panel-ready or freestanding, specified early so cabinet openings are cut once and fit exactly.
From vision
to reality
The same four phases on every project, whether it is one bathroom or the whole house.

Questions we get every week
If yours is not here, call (561) 935-8539 and ask directly.
How long does a kitchen remodel take in Palm Coast?
Most of our kitchens run 8 to 14 weeks from demolition to final walkthrough. Design and material selection happen before that — usually two to four weeks — and cabinetry lead times are the single biggest variable. We order cabinets before demolition starts so the crew is never waiting on a truck.
Can we stay in the house during the remodel?
Almost always, yes. We set up a temporary kitchen area, seal the work zone with zipper walls to keep dust out of the rest of the house, and shut down water and power only for scheduled windows we tell you about in advance.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Kitchen work involving electrical, plumbing, or structural changes requires a permit in Flagler County and the City of Palm Coast. We pull it under our license, coordinate inspections, and close the permit out at the end — an open permit can hold up a future home sale.
What does a kitchen remodel cost here?
Our completed kitchens generally land between $63,000 and $95,000 for a 300 sq ft room at a premium finish level. Smaller scopes and standard finishes come in lower; luxury cabinetry, appliance packages, and structural changes push higher. The estimator on our homepage gives you a working range in about thirty seconds.
Do you work with my own designer or cabinet supplier?
We do. Plenty of clients arrive with a designer they trust or a cabinet line they have already fallen for. We build to those drawings and flag anything that will not pass inspection or will not survive a Florida summer.
