Bathroom remodeling in Palm Coast
Bathrooms are the least forgiving room in the house. Everything happens within a few feet of a water source, and the parts that fail — waterproofing, slope, ventilation — are the parts nobody sees. We build the invisible layer properly, then make the visible layer worth looking at.

What the job actually covers
Every line below is part of a standard bathroom remodeling contract with us — not an upsell discovered halfway through.
Waterproofing done right
Bonded waterproofing membranes over the full wet area, pre-sloped pans, and a flood test before a single tile goes down. This is where cheap bathroom remodels fail in year three.
Curbless & walk-in showers
Linear drains and a recessed subfloor let the shower floor sit flush with the room — better looking, and it stays usable if mobility changes later.
Natural stone & large-format tile
Travertine, marble, and porcelain slabs set on flattened substrate, because large tile telegraphs every imperfection underneath.
Ventilation that works
Fans sized to the room volume and ducted to the exterior — not into the attic. In Florida humidity this is the difference between a clean ceiling and mold remediation.
Heated floors & comfort details
Radiant mats under tile, niches sized to real bottles, benches at a height that works for shaving, and lighting that does not make you look ill.
Fixtures & valves
Pressure-balanced or thermostatic valves specified to the shower head count, so the temperature does not spike when someone flushes.
From vision
to reality
The same four phases on every project, whether it is one bathroom or the whole house.

Questions we get every week
If yours is not here, call (561) 935-8539 and ask directly.
How long is a bathroom remodel?
Six to ten weeks for a primary bath. Tile work and the waterproofing cure schedule set the pace — there are days where the correct move is to let materials set rather than push forward.
What is a curbless shower and can any bathroom have one?
A curbless shower has no step at the entry; the floor runs flat into the shower with a linear drain. It requires recessing the subfloor, which is straightforward on a concrete slab — most Palm Coast homes — and more involved on a raised wood floor.
Will you find problems once the walls open?
Sometimes. Old galvanized supply lines, unvented drains, and rotted framing behind a shower pan are the common three. We include an allowance for this in every bathroom bid and show you the photos before we spend it.
Can you make a bathroom accessible without it looking clinical?
Yes — that is most of our aging-in-place work. Blocking in the walls for grab bars that get installed later, a curbless entry, a 36-inch door, and a bench read as design choices, not medical equipment.
What does a bathroom remodel cost?
A primary bath at luxury finish typically runs $68,000 to $102,000; a secondary or guest bath at standard finish is considerably less. Tile selection and whether plumbing moves are the two variables that move the number most.
